Let’s Get to Know Each Other

To select the proper candidates to join our team, First Title uses a combination of interviews and, in some cases, testing. We look for employees that demonstrate spirit, maturity, and character. Our basic interview process is comprised of up to four components. We begin with a face-to-face interview, which gives us a chance to examine your resume and experience while allowing you to learn more about our organization. We may continue with a competency and experience interview, which evaluates your professional acumen and issue-spotting abilities specific to the role your may be filling. Under some circumstances, we administer tests that measure your ability to deal with daily business problems and pressures. Finally, we engage in credibility testing, which is an assessment of your attitudes and experiences related to situations involving integrity. Generally this portion of the interview process involves us asking you how you would act under certain hypothetical situations. With the mortgage lending industry in a constant state of change, we realize that we need the best team in place to maintain our status as a leading title company in the industry.
